All sales are final. No returns or refunds will be issued except for the following reasons. 

- item was damaged in shipping. Pictures must be proved. Pictures of the box, packaging and earrings or no refund will be issued. 

- Item broke. This does NOT cover normal wear and tear. This does NOT cover if you placed it in your purse/bag, you dropped it, it was stepped on or any other at fault accident. It only covers pieces that broke because of manufacturing error. Must include pictures and description of what happened.

All items ship in 1-4 weeks. This is because all items are made to order. Some items are already made and will ship quicker. While others will need to be made which can cause a longer processing time. Processing time does not include the shipping time. 

I'll items are shipped in 1-4 weeks. I do not ship outside the USA. 

All my earrings have surgical steel hypoallergenic posts. I can not guarantee they will not irritate you ears. 

Polymer clay in a very light and derable clay. Here are a few things to know about your new earrings! 

1. Only use warm water to clean your earrings. Avoid alcohol, acetone and hydrogen peroxide, these will deteriorate your clay. 

2. Avoid tossing your earrings in your bag/purse. This increases the risk of them breaking or backs falling off. 

3. Though polymer clay is flexible, avoid aggressively bending your earrings. You increase the risk of them snapping in half.
